Purchasing Artwork

Q. Are all the items original?

A. Yes. All the items are hand-created, I currently don't offer any digital reproductions, so each piece sold is an original.

Q. Will the images look different than on my computer?

A. Due to the difficulties in photographing glass, there may be slight variations to the colour, texture and translucency, we try and represent the images as best we can.  In all cases the images, colours and textures are enhanced when seen with the naked eye.

Q. How do I hang my wall mounted glass panel?

 A. All glass panels are mounted on a plain white backboard which is secured to the wall with a single screw fixing plate.

Q. How secure is your website?

A. We use PayPal, which is a secure payment gateway.

Q. Can I pay by cheque?

 A. Yes we do accept cheques, please contact me with the title of the artwork that you wish to purchase so I can remove it from sale. I will then contact you to confirm order and arrange payment.  Once the cheque has cleared (which is 5-7 working days) collection/delivery will be arranged.

Q. How long before delivery of my artwork?

A. For small standing pieces, bowls and vessels allow 5-7 working days following completion of payment.

Q. How much are your delivery charges?

A. Due to the fragility of the artwork, Kevin will personally deliver and hang larger works free within a 60 mile radius of Lincoln. Beyond the 60 mile radius,  Kevin can arrange a courier to deliver the work but a charge will be made on top of the purchase price.  Kevin will forward the costing by e-mail to the customer before purchase is complete.
